Yesterday evening Simon Chadwick was at the Ashurt WI where he gave a talk on his children's books. It was a well attended group so Simon was grateful to get the opportunity to share how he got involved in children's books and the different projects it's got him involved with. It was a lot to pack in with just half an hour, but backed up by Powerpoint slides and a table of some of the books he was able to get across much of the broadstrokes and fill in any gaps during the questions at the end. Also, we're very pleased to say that the book sales afterwards did very well indeed.
If you'd like Simon to come and talk to your group, be it a WI, U3A, Rotary or any similar organisation, then we'd be keen to hear from you. You can get in touch with us here.
