Farmer Bryan returns with another title in his popular Longdown Animal series – Jethro The Duckling.

 

As with all Farmer Bryan's books, the story is based on a real creature at the farm and this time it follows the tale of a rescue animal. Farmer Bryan's granddaughter, Evie, finds a lost baby duckling beside a busy road and takes it to the only safe place she can think of – the farm. Under a heat lamp, Evie, and her brother Arthur, begin a journey about caring for this little duck and, eventually, watch it grow to adulthood.
